fantastic faultless fleetway ..only ones for me in future !

Best airport transfer I have ever had. Hotel check in easy. pros: Kech boutique Hotel lovely and clean. Rooms large,bathroom spotless. Pool area clean with plenty of seating. Large balcony but unfortunately only one chair on the balcony! Up and coming new area that is really going to be the ' IT ' place in marrakech. Large shopping centre 10 mins walk away...
Cons : only thing that let's it down is the food and restaurant service experience. Food only tepid and quite repeatative. If your only here for 3 days you don't notice but as the week progresses you do. If you are french you get a better service than us poor brits...hence the french populations fantastic reviews. Staff and manager need extra training and direction for this hotel to remain a 4+ beautiful hotel..just restaurant service let's it down. Would return next year to see if any improvements have been followed out regards the training. As for us brits......GET LEARNING FRENCH !!!
