I have just checked my credit card for the petrol refund - I received and returned the car with a full tank - only to find that the 'Full/ Refund' fuel policy meant that I've had to pay 29 Euros for Management Costs. I have no idea what that means & am annoyed that this cost is nearly as much as I paid for the petrol used on this holiday. This is a total rip-off. I think that if the 'Full/Full' fuel policy had been chosen, then I wouldn't have had to pay this extra cost - at least that's what I think it means in point 15 of the OK Rent a Car T&Cs document. I would really like to hear back from Fleetway about this issue.
