I was pleased that Fleetway travel '' Did what it said on the tin ''
When Monarch airline collapsed, Fleetway remained in contact by text and phone to rearrange my flight and therefore we was able to still have the same holiday, same hotel just a different flight. Change of airport was no problem. We were happy to still be going to Madeira. Fleetway site promises financially secure and ABTA licensed and this is right.
I did find the paperwork quite a lot do do, but Fleetway were at the end of the phone to resolve a couple of issues with boarding passes,and how to put details of passports online. 70 & 63 years old now more savvy with this! Thank you Fleetway.
