Cutomer servcie are very poor and terrible i tried to rebook a flight just recently tru by phone and email but takes a few days before you got a reply you need to call them all time to get there attention.looks like only one person working in the office.by the time you answer tru by phone they just tell you check your email we send you an update without assurance when they gonna send it.
They so quick to charge you credit card without seeing your new ticket or new itenerary..
CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE AND VERY POOR THEY NEED TO UPGRADE THERE PEOPLE .
