They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They left me on hold for FOUR, I repeat FOUR hours, and kept transferring me to one supervisor to the next only to be told that I would have to pay $200 ( as much as my ticket originally cost) to make a correction to my ticket ( there was a misspelling). They didn't tell me there would be a fee at the beginning of the call, but after hours of waiting on hold. They were rude, unfriendly and extremely emphatic to my situation. I will never use Expedia again.
