Why can't I give them 0 stars? May, customer service supervisor, is not so much in to customer service. Expedia bundled 2 non stop flights together to me and sold it as a connecting flight with a layover. HOWEVER airline says it is not a connecting flight so I can not check any baggage straight thru!! I would have to get off the plane, try to pick up my baggage, recheck it on the next flight, pay baggage fees again, go thru security again and try to make the new flight- which is not connecting, so if I'm not there 45 minutes early they will just cancel my flight anyway! But ya know, May wants me to know they just sell tickets they don't fly planes. And apparently, this is all on their website and I am the one who made the mistake by booking the flight. Thanks May. Truer words were never spoken. I will NEVER make that mistake again. I am a quick learner. No more expedia for me.
