I booked a flight from SFO to Toronto return through Expedia. They double booked me for the same flight on same day! When i received my Visa bill and saw the double charge i called and was told (after 45 minutes) that I would have to deal with the situation directly with the airline as Expedia is "just a travel agency"! The rep also said that the Airline would just send me back to Expedia so basically i was out of luck! Seriously? I have since written a complain and called them again and all they do is put me on hold for long periods (45 minutes again) until i hang up or respond via email (after 10 days) saying thank you for your information! Do not use this site as they do not stand behind their mistakes.
