Booked hotel in New York City with my 12 year old daughter 4 months in advance only to get there to not have a room. We had to walk with our luggage to find a hotel at 11 pm night through the city. When I called to get customer service no one would answer. Finally got through after an hour and was hung up on. No one ever answered to help.
