“Hard to use site”

I try to use this site when I travel, but it is so hard compared to sites like Expedia, Travelocity, etc. this site is just difficult to use and does not give city codes or airport codes. I find myself frustrated each time and always end up back at Expedia or a comparable site. This site has a lot of work that needs to be done for the average user. It will often take me to an error page that is really annoying.

We appreciate your comments and feedback on the usability of our site. Creating a better user experience when booking with us is something we are working on constantly at Executive and hope to provider you, and others, with a better ongoing experience.

During the week of your review we were having issues with our connection to hotels which is why you likely received error pages and we apologize for that. We prominently display our call number so we are able to assist any customers by phone.
