I was really unsure how to check in online as my wife's middle name was not accepted and all details had to be exactly the same as passport etc! Help was needed, and provided, by your helpful member of staff. She explained that the particular firm only took first and last names on the booking details but full names were held from the application form. The day was saved and I was mightily relieved! Check in was aok from then on. Many thanks to your lovely lady!
