Booked a hotel through ebookers.com app on iPhone. But found out no special requirements can be filled in. Contacted live support customer service, no queue, instant reply and telling me they will give me a reply in 24 hours. I did receive a reply in 5 hours. Their live support team seems working until very late.

ebookers deals and price seems much lower than the other agency, like booking.com & hotels.com, price is very reasonable. Would strongly recommend my friends.

I should also mention their bonus+ which you can use these credit for the next time booking. Real Good!
