I accidentally Keyed in the wrong dates
(Human Error) with Hotels Combined and it has been a nightmare ever since to try and get it changed and when I did and rebooked again they charged me EXTRA it cost me over $100 in phone calls to try and explain what happened!!!
Both the hotel I booked with and e-bookers just kept saying it was up to each other's discretion what to do all I wanted to do was change the dates from the
25th and 26th to 24th and 25th I didn't want refund just change the dates this is been the biggest nightmare of my life!!!!
