I had a small concern about a car I had booked with ebookers. I was waiting very little time for my call to be answered which was excellent. The agent I was speaking to got in touch with the car rental company and answered all my questions. She spoke so clearly and was very easy to understand. One of the best customer service companies I've ever phoned. Will be using ebookers again.
