Do not use this company for booking flights. i have tried to book flights from via the .com website. First time i spent 20-30 minutes filling in all required details to get an error message at the end however the company took the money out of my credit card. I tried again by phoning the call centre and after 45 minutes going through all details i was told there was a error and the booking didn't go through. I was passed to Customer Service who said they had no record of any attempted booking even though i had just spent nearly an hour with a sales agent as he logged all the data. I then found out THEY HAD TAKEN OVER £6000.00 OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD FOR BOTH BOTH BOOKING ATTEMPTS AND THEN THEY DENIED DOING SO. I am out of pocket until the dispute is settled and unable to make alternative arrangements until the money is returned.

Very shody business practice.
