Worst travel agent ever!

NEVER EVER USE DREAM WORLD TRAVEL EVER. I literally experienced the worst customer service from any company I have ever used.
Cutting a long story very, very short, I booked a direct flight from Aberdeen to Faro for a short break in early September this year. I booked and paid for the flights in full by debit card 11months in advance. Five days before I was due to travel I contacted DWT as I had not received my tickets (the T&Cs state you should receive them 10days in advance). I was told they would be issued the next day. I called again the next day when I was told they would be issued the next day the reason being that it was a bank holiday. I then called to find out less than 48hours before I was due to travel that my flights had not been booked and they would find me an alternative as the flights for Aberdeen were now too expensive. Note there is nothing explicit in their T&Cs which says the flights were not booked and given I paid in full at the time of booking the tickets should have been booked there and then. This is a shocking business practice in my view whereby Dream World Travel will not formally book your tickets until 2 to 3 days in advance of your travel date presumably in the hope that the ticket prices will drop and they will get them for cheaper.
I actually would have been OK with the alternative solution had they offered to reimburse me in full for all my expenses incurred and dealt with providing the alternative solution in a timely manner. Of course neither of these two things happened. I continually had to chase DWT for my air tickets and I never received a suitable resolution to my need for accommodation as I had to travel over 2.5hours to Glasgow with a 6.40am flight. I have since submitted and complaint letter to which I have received no response. I am not surprised by this given the utterly appalling customer service I received. I do not recommend using Dream World travel ever. I do recommend they change their name to Nightmare World travel.
