I booked a flight on 10th November and I never received a ticket which they said will be sent within 24 hours. I have to travel on 20th November and still I have no tickets, I called 40 times ! Only I heard was that manager is not there, the concerned person will come after 12, 3 times a lady shut the phone on my face couple of days ago, GOD ! she is so rude and their english is such bad , I can never think that they are based in London. I am so much disappointed with this service and I am never going to suggest it to anybody. Thank You for such gross service !

I am the owner of the review at 06/08/2016 by RFE1. I have now contacted BBC Watchdog about Dream World Travel. I urge everyone else who has had a bad experience with this company to do the same.
