Help is always at there through email or phone

The Dial a Flight team booked two trips for me this year and I was delighted at the service they offered. I used them last year for my Africa trip so it was without hesitation I asked them to book my trips to New Zealand and Africa. I never felt pressured and they sent me the proposed itinerary by email for me to think through. Even If I kept asking questions or changing my mind they were always helpful, and came up with exactly what suited me. Whenever I rang or emailed them they responded quickly and were easy to talk to. When my trip commenced I knew I could email them with a problem and they sorted it from their end. I find it reassuring to know I can email anytime whilst traveling. I am often a lone traveller, going all over the world and it feels good to know I can get help with my travel arrangements whatever they are.
