Excellent Service & a brilliant holiday!!

At first I was a bit wary about using dial a flight as I have always booked my holidays using a travel agent on my high street. But as I was going to Barbados all there prices where coming up pretty expensive for the time I wanted to go.
I was recommended dial a flight and after a few phone calls prices where much cheaper. What I liked about dial a flight was that you could say no to the prices you didn't like and they would always go and look phone back with better options. It took a while for us to say yes as we where very picky as to where we wanted to stay but everytime they where well mannered and never showed signs of annoyance or inpatiance.
Even after we paid the whole amount of our holiday I got a phone call about an upgrade on my flight for an additional cost I said no. I didnt show much interest in it but then was called back to be told I could have it at no extra cost. Of course I said yes but was quite impressed that they still look even after you have paid. I even got a phone a couple days before my flight to wish we a safe journey and if there was any last minute things I need etc.
Overall I was 150% happy with the service I was given and will be using them for further holidays from now on. :)
