I needed to book a flight to New York at the end of November, but was due to travel in December, between Christmas and New Year. I phoned Dialaflight and within 10 minutes of the call was booked on a direct flight at an excellent price given the lateness of the booking. Anything else I found on line was much more expensive and involved long stops in Canada. The staff I dealt with were polite and seemed as keen as I was to get a good deal and a direct flight. I had to call a couple of times to get my details emailed to me because of a mix up over spelling my name, which was my fault. Each time I spoke to someone they were as lovely as the first person I dealt with.
