Whatever you do - do not use this company.

I bought a return ticket from Dial A Flight in 2008 from Manchester to Brisbane. Eventually I did not need the return part of the ticket so I wrote to Dial A Flight to ask them if they could cancel this ticket. They said I was entitled to a refund of £100.50. I emailed and asked them what I needed to do to claim this. I did not get a reply. I emailed them for the next year and only in 2009 did I get another response. I gave up and then earlier this year I tried emailing again. Eventually after emailing about 20 members of staff I finally got my refund in June 2012, nearly four years after I first contacted them. I have not been given an apology nor a full explanation.
