Great service and responsiveness from our agent (shame I'm not supposed to name her as se deserves it!). We knew exactly what we wanted but it was a little complex (multi island in The Maldives with particular flight requirements) but she had it sorted very quickly and the price was good. She also never seems to not be working whether weekend, evening or whatever. Very impressed, will use again and highly recommend. Afraid I can't attest to what they are like regarding info on hotels, locations, recommendations etc as we knew already what we wanted so no experience of that facet.
