We are having a great holiday but have been very disappointed to find that had we booked our transfer. From the airport to the resort through the hotel rather than through destinology we could saved @ €100.
When I rang to query this as a possible error I was spoken to by Shaun. His response was disappointing.
In my view the mark of a good organisation is how they respond to difficulties. The response so far is sufficient to turn me away as a futures customer. What a shame because Makita seemed so helpful when we booked.
