Excellent Customer Service & dedication!!

I received exceptional customer service from Nilma and Sarah Fitzpatrick. Nilma was my first point of call after l became aware of a foolish error l had made during my haste to re-book a holiday to Dubai.

Dreamticket recently went into administration and as a result, l needed to re-book my holiday which would be departing in a few weeks. In a panic and rush to book the holiday, l booked on your Internet site for the same holiday but did not check the details carefully enough and to my horror discovered l had booked the wrong hotel!!

This was of course a foolish mistake on my part which l was responsible for but l wished to check if it was at all possible to rectify my mistake. Nilma was very understanding and went out of her way to try and resolve the problem by contacting the Atlantis Hotel to see if they were willing to cancel without charging a fee. I was kept updated at all times and needless to say the hotel was changed for me without any fees or any hassle for me. Sarah was introduced to finish and alter the booking during Nilma's days off and l wish to apologize to both of them for being such a pest but they were very patient with me.

The service from your staff members has truly been exceptional and l only wish l had booked with this company sooner. I highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to book a holiday with them!! You will not be disappointed!!
