I already tried to book 4 different flights at Ctrip (of course the cheap ones) to various destinations. but with all of them, i receive a call that the flight is sold out. This is not the truth, because after a few days they still offer this flight online.

Calling you they try to convince you to book another flight. As you can imagine way more expensive. My case: for 3 of the flights it was about 160% of the original price, and for one of the even 200% of the original offered flight.
