The travel agent who have assisted me tried his utmost best to get me a good deal.
After his manager had approved, the deal that i told him.we went through the reservation.

Although i have found the same deal with another agency, he had assisted my reservation with support.

i will be recommending your agency/company to my colleagues who amongst are filipinos who usually would like to have a good deal. as nurses our leave is quite very erratic, so if we have a good a supportive travel agency, this will be VERY helpful in the future travel.

at first, i think its a good negotiate the deal, i know for a fact that every body wanted to have a god deal however for us who are going home (Philippines) each penny is very important., because most of it will be spending with their family back home. finding an agency who will be more sympathetic, personally will have more business "clients" through recommendations.
