i had a problem opening my e-ticket file attached to the email i received from crystal travel. i asked for help using the online chat option. the person who helped me was Rex and solved the problem within a minute. very happy with the service. thanks
The staff who initially dealt with my ticket appeared to be having a language and training problem. Staff had difficulty understanding what I wanted to say. I had a few misunderstandings which was dealt with the manager. The service will be much better if staff are fully trained and familiar with excellent english language capabilities.
