Our cruise concierge was amazing and promised to look after us, she certainly did from responding to emails , telephone conversations and getting a costing to compete with other competitors.
Even down to checking the stateroom location and giving us alternatives as she thought it would be too noisy as just below the entertainment deck!
Also advice on where to check out visa requirements and offering shore excursions , all in all a super service!
Would highly recommend!
