To be honest I can't be bothered to waste anymore of my time on this company...but I'll just leave a few warnings so what happened to us, doesn't happen to others.
+ This company lost £1200.00 of my money and tried to make me pay it again.
+ This company arranged an airport transfer that was 4 1/2 hours late collecting us from the airport (because the company they booked us with couldn't get the driver up apparently, according to the rep).
+ I asked specifically for a hotel at a particular resort, but they booked us 3 miles out. Then when I complained they said they'd told me "how far the hotel was from the beach" when I booked. (which wasn't what I'd asked for anyway) and they told me that is was no more than a mile away from the resort anyway. (Which it was because I took the distance whilst there).
+ Some of the people, especially those higher up in the business are what I personally would call rude and patronising.
This was just a few of the complaints we had. Really, this is by far the worst travel agency I have ever been with.
Maybe I expect too much. We usually go with Virgin Airlines and although not luxury, they take their customer service seriously. Coop travel is more of a 'take your money and treat you like rubbish' company. Well, thats how I found them.
Anyway...never, ever, ever again. That's what I console myself with. I don't ever have to go on holiday with them again. (Oh and by the way...my holiday ended up a £3500 holiday for 3, so it wasn't cheapest of the cheap.
