We booked a short break to Dublin. What Clear Sky/JT holidays didn't do was give us the details for online booking, we checked their FAQs and were told to use the email and credit card number that we booked with, they neglected to tell us until we tried to check in the night before and found out that it was a 3rd party who'd booked the flights with a different email address and credit card. Clear Sky/JT holidays had not given us any of these details and as we were flying early we could not get these details to check in on line and then had to pay a further £70 each to board. Clear Sky/JT holidays are now refusing to refund us!!

STAY CLEAR!!!
