Booked flights online even went as far as paying which was authorised then message booking not confirmed. Within minutes my phone rang saying that the price was not correct as the fares had gone up, he took my details and went onto booking the same flights, also asked him to put on hold luggage and car parking which I had tried to do originally which he said he had done but never received a confirmation email back. I can't get on the website as it does not recognise my surname, last four digits of my postcode or phone number. What the hell do I do now!
