I've just booked flights for 4 adults an 1 child flying from Manchester to Bangkok return, I did it on the internet on a Sunday evening and got electronic confirmation more or less straight away with all the correct details...or so I thought. The infant should have been entered as Miss and I had put her in as Master. I phoned Carlton Leisure on the Monday and spoke to a lady who said she would contact the airline and call me back, she called back within an hour and said it could be changed free of charge and that she had sent me an email with the alteration, all I had to do was email back that I agree and confirm the change.
Tuesday I received my e-tickets with all the correct details. My experience was a very good one and found them very helpful. That's my honest opinion.
