My friend and I had a fantastic break in Palma that exceeded our expectations. The hotel was the Valparaisio Palace Hotel that had recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard and our accommodation was upgraded as promised by Broadway Travel. The views from our room overlooked the Cathedral and when lit up in the evening was spectacular. The restaurants were superb and as good as any top class restaurant you would find anywhere, hence we never found the need to venture out to eat. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment on the Saturday night was far superior than you would normally find in hotels and understand during the height of the season is provided most evenings. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending not only Broadway Travel but also the hotel and shall definitely be returning.
