when we booked we assumed we were going to a hotel as this is what we asked for. When we arrived at 1am on 29th September it turned out to be a Motel not Hotel, the reception, restaurant and accommodation all in separate buildings. we were given our keys and told to walk about 60 mtrs down the road to find our accommodation, no one came with us to show us the way. Eventually when we did find it it turned out to be 4 floors up (no lift )and a self catering apartment well as we had booked a room on the ground floor we were not impressed. we went back and complained and the next day we got ground floor accommodation which was nice with a bedroom, bathroom and lounge. the only english TV was 24 hour news. This booking was broadway's recommendation as we had found a hotel we liked but was told this other one was better we wished we had not listened to her advice.
