We have booked our holiday 3 weeks ago but keep being sent new accommodation vouchers with different operators. Have received 3 sets of vouchers now and description of room is different on each set. How can we be sure we are going to get what we have paid for? Why is this happening?

I have only used the directline bit of Broadway but always found that a phone call answered any query - their staff are very helpful and if something has gone wrong with their system they will want to know so that they can sort it out. Not much use asking on this site - talk to them!

We have used Broadway on several occasions and friends have also used them, we have found them to be very good and answered any questions directly. Give them a call and explain your situation i'm sure they will put your mind at ease. We had our last holiday changed as the hotel closed early for a refit, we ended up with a far superior hotel than first booked.
