We booked Lux Apts in Huddersfield UK. The accommodations where horrible and dirty. We did not spend one night there. It was that bad. We contacted booking .com to complain. They told us we have to complain to the owner and tried to wash there hands of it. We told them that they have some responsibility because if the accommodations where not advertised on their site we would have not known about the accommodations. The accommodations cost $900.00. We contacted the property and they refused to refund our money.
DO NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM. AND DO NOT STAY AT LUX APTS. HUDDERSFIELD
This totally ruined our stay and it cost us a further $800.00 in accommodations.
