We booked one night at Tampa as we were visiting Busch Garden through Booking.com. We booked two king quadruple rooms. On arrival we were given two rooms but only one double bed in each room. When we queried at reception we were told that we'd never have these rooms booked, and that if we use sites like Booking.com we should always check with the hotel on the booking, as Booking.com just take whatever the hotel has available regardless if it relates to what the customer wanted. We thought the hotel was giving us a tale and when we got back I emailed Booking.com to get their feedback. Well basically they blew me off and didn't respond at all to the query on the reservation process. Interesting and told me the hotel was in fact correct. I won't use them again.
