I had booked a Club Quarters room in Houston through booking.com to attend a ballet performance for early September. Hurricane Harvey hit. The performance was canceled. United airlines was gracious enough to reschedule my flight without fees even though it was a nonrefundable ticket. I asked the same of Club Quarters in Houston and was not even spoken to politely, just adamantly stating it was a nonrefundable reservation. I was only asking to change the date as I have rescheduled my trip for end of the October. Coming from a state that also go hit by Hurricane Irma, I was very upset by the total lack of compassion! I expected more. I will not stay there in the future and will not recommend to friend and colleges.
