Recently booked a hotel in Destin and had to cancel due to an unforeseen incident. I Spoke with the hotel directly and they would not change my date. I was told since I initiated my reservation with Booking.com I would have to call to make changes/cancel. It was to late to change and I was charged 387.00 to cancel a 506.00 3day hotel reservation!!! Outrageous!!! Avoid Booking.com at all cost and Priceline too. They are affiliated.
