We have booked hotels through booking.com lots, but tonight i have been trying to book a hotel in the cotswolds and it is absolutely useless, so very disappointing, either i am really thick or the website is utterly useless! Just get your act togehter, I am off to late rooms.com to see if the service is any better. Booking.com, you are in the bin!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with our website. If you could please tell me the trouble with using our website I can forward the feedback to the correct department. I have also found that there are 493 properties in Cotswolds available to book and invite you to check some of the properties out. After clicking the link you can set the dates on the left side of screen and it will show you any properties that have rooms available. Alternatively, you can contact the Booking.com Customer Service phone line for assistance in finding a hotel.
