I have a very bad experience with them. I will NEVER choose their site again. Instead there are many other sites such as www.holidaylettings.co.uk. www.housetrip.com www.onlyapartments.com and several others which are muuuch better. If you complain to booking.com then they copy paste the answer "we are sorry to hear that....." and they do nothing to solve the problem.
