You can't cancell booked offerts. Even if it was just a mistake with low prices (I t was sat that they are promotional) you should handle it, because you failed, not your costumers

I understand your frustration. Please except my apologies for the inconvenience caused by this. As my colleagues already explained, this was an obvious error whereby the incorrect rates were loaded at an extremely low level.
