We put in a date for a hotel for the Spring. We booked 2
rooms. The confirmation had the wrong date. We called
within 5 minutes. They wouldn't help us or fixed it. It didn't
say "no changes or cancellations on the website,
But they wanted 80% to correct the date!
Be very careful if you use this site! They'll
get you!!!

You can always check the conditions of a reservation to see if you can change it if necessary prior to booking under the conditions column by hovering over the blue question mark shown there. I'm sorry to hear about this. does not charge the guest to make a date modification. If there are no restrictions on the hotel policies the modification should be allowed if the date is available. I would like to assist you with this. Can you please post your booking number?
