We booked two different stays through Both bookings were made on a fairly short notice, The first about 20 hours before check-in, the second about 12 hours prior.

The problem is that sends faxes to the hotel / motel rather than entering the reservation directly into the system as other online sites do. In the case of our second reservation, it took almost 20 minutes and a call by the motel clerk to to get us into a room. It would have taken longer, but the clerk took our info, gave us a room, and then got the booking straightened out.

We are grateful to the clerk, but not to I don't think I will use this site again.

please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. As soon as you receive your online confirmation, we simultaneously, send your confirmed reservation details to the hotel via a secure on-line system. Additionally, we notify the hotel of your reservation via fax and have controls in place to ensure that it is received correctly. From our system, we can see that it was successfully delivered to the hotel just couple of minutes after completing your reservation. Furthermore, the accommodation on our website has access to our mutual reservation system and all reservations made for their property are there visible for the hotelier. So if a fax or an email was not transmitted in time, a hotelier can check it online at any time in order to accommodate their guests accordingly. I hope this information helps.

Lmao secure how is a fax secure Andrej? You include Name, Credit card information, address and phone number in a fax. Not secure at all. We call you you don't care who you screw over, Our hotel will never use you again. Who cares as long as gets their commisssion screw the guest, the hotels! We advise our guest to use anyone else. Cheaper rates, better service, other companies that mess up admit their mistakes, help the guest does not it's everyone elses fault but yours!
