Followed up to see if I actually had a reservation. Guess what, no reservation. Won't use booking.com again!

Hello,

Sorry to hear about this. When you are sent your email confirmation, the hotel is also sent an electronic confirmation of your booking. Additionally, a fax is sent to the hotel as a back up.
