I could not have been happier with using Booking.com to book hotel stays during my trip to England with my husband. I started booking in the spring for our fall trip, knowing that I could cancel or change the reservations as our trip grew nearer. I made reservations, cancelled some and changed others until we were satisfied. If I needed help, Booking.com had a number to call in the U.S. and they were always helpful. As the trip grew near, I wanted to make sure our reservations were confirmed, and Booking.com did this for us and emailed us to let us know. I needed non feather pillows and they were provided at each hotel. I would use Booking.com again.
