Really awful experience

I reserved a couple of rooms with Heritage House, Amman through Booking.com and it has been a nightmare ever since.

I cancelled within the policy of the hotel and Booking.com and they still took the FULL amount out of my bank account. After a lot of complaining the money was a month later refunded but then by both Booking.com and the hotel.

I contacted Booking.com regarding this and was due to refund the amount back to them when Heritage Hotel again unauthorised went into my bank account and took money out.
I have been so patient with this but this is too much - that they can dip in and out of my bank account when they feel like it.

Booking.com's first 2 lines of their guarantee says -
•Booking is safe. When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection.
•Your privacy is protected. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. - THIS IS RUBBISH - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
