I booked the hotel for myself and my fiancé for there pool I was disappointed to find the pool and spa closed for the duration of my stay also the room was very nice but the ac didn't work no mater how low I set the thermostat it stayed hot also ther was a banging noise every 30 minutes the staff was outstanding but the hotel was lacking and there billing I found was tyrannical I checked out 1day early but was charged for the extra day and the prices at the restaurants was double of local.
Also at there fine dinning restaurant I had a insect fall onto my plate. I think if they payed more attention to conditions and less to getting every dollar they can get from patrons they could earn more stars.
