“Difficulty progressing through stages of booking”

Having used Booking.com on a number of occassions with no problems, this time I could not progress from 2nd to 3rd stages of booking. After logging out and back in several times I finally was successful but was almost at the stage of changing to different agency to try there.

Can you advise what browser you were using? Also, can you advise the date and time you were having this issue?
