I have been using your site succesfully. All my vacations including Germany, Switzerland, France, Egypt, Kuwait. I never faced any problem concerning my stay in the hotels.
One thing I did not like, I am not sure if you can control or not, some hotels are putting misleading informations such as the Hotel category being four stars instead of the publiced five stars. This happened with me one time. I was obliged to cancel my booking immendiately and change to another hotel.
