They charged me the full amount of my stay even though I cancelled more than two weeks in advance and the hotel accepted my cancellation. Do not use at all! You will NOT be able to cancel your reservation no matter how far in advance. worked with their customer service and received nothing but automated messages and excuses. AVOID!
